eIAM Customer Change Plan / CC Plan
In the eIAM Customer-Change-Plan, the change data for the configurational integration work of customer applications is kept in the respective eIAM instances.-
- CC-Plan 2024 Integration work customer applications
In the REF instance, integration work and deployments can take place continuously until the specified date (deadline). In the ABN instance, deployments are performed on Wednesday during the day or after 18h for applications with an SLA for pre-production. In the PROD instance, deployments are performed according to the maintenance window on Wednesday evening from 18h or 22h for S24 applications. The service interruption is normally about 5 minutes.
